Entretien
Phone interview with HR followed by in-person, all-day interviews at corporate headquarters. Included lunch with hiring manager. Top executive was not on-site and had to rush back home (40 min. commute) to jump on a zoom call for last interview.

Question 1
Each department wanted to know my level of expertise and strategic ideas for creative (brand/visuals) or content (copywriting) development (i.e., social media, PR, website, magazine, ads). Strangely, they didn't ask for portfolio samples for a full-day of interviews. Having metrics available is strongly recommended.
