Very thorough. They take you through a process of 2 or 3 managers to interview with; quick to get back to you and easy hire on. Great Company and Family Feel!

Very relaxed, there was none of the classic interview questions, i.e. "what is something you consider a negative trait/something you need to work on?" Overall very easy and stress free.
