My interview was very laid back, which was unexpected. The manager was very sweet and kind to me. She couldn't find my online application and went far and beyond to call tech support to pull my application from online. I was very nervous that I wouldn't get hired because I had no experience with makeup or skincare. However, she assured me that it was okay and they were going to teach me ( which they did). I did ask a lot of questions and she seemed to really like that. Her favorite was when I asked her how did she get to where she is now. After speaking with the Sephora manager I was then interviewed by the hiring manager of JCPenney. She asked the same questions. Interviews were both a breeze!
