For the role of a seasonal Beauty Advisor, you’re in a group interview with other applicants. The hiring team of 2 persons will ask you to partner up and describe your partner to the group then choose any makeup and skin care from the store and present as to how you would sell it to a customer. Quite simple and straightforward. You will know if you are hired right there and then.

Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Entretien
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
