First was a group interview with approximately 5 other women, then second interview was one on one with the director. Was a pleasant experience both times. The interview was done in the food court.

Applied online and got a call about a week later (I also had an employee referral). Went in to meet with the Store Director and a Specialist. Wear all black, full face of makeup, hair professional and nails done. Act like you already have the job. Very laid back interview, they gave me a great impression of the store and the company. Asked just a few questions, for seasonal it's only part time and pay caps at 10$(which is extremely low) Tell me about yourself, what's your work experience like, where do you want to be in a year, what's your selling style. They also informed that after holiday all seasonal employees get reviewed and they decide if they want to keep you on, promote you, or let you go.
