The interview process was very easy, but it is a group interview. I have group interviews because everyone piggy backs off one another or everyone's answer is the same. After the interview and going on to the next step, you fill out a list of things online like personal information and etc. They are suppose to call you and tell you your schedule, but my manager forgot to call me and when I called them apparently I was scheduled that week for 3 days but no one called to tell me.

I was first contacted over the phone for a quick phone screen. During the phone call, I was asked about my previous job experiences, responsibilities, and why I left my previous job. I was also asked about why I chose Sephora. They then asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in for the in-person interview, I sat and spoke with the manager who asked me typical interview questions.

Easy interview process, though I’d recommend going in to speak with the manager first (which is generally good practice for all retail jobs). You’ll have a phone interview & and in-person interview & then you’ll find out if you’ve gotten the job. Good luck!
