The interview process took awhile. I had to follow up with the location I was hired at to ensure that I would get an interview. I applied at several different locations without a response. When I finally spoke with someone at the Sephora Inside JC Penney, they looked further into my application submission and asked me to come in for an interview.

It was a role-playing interview and was asked to pick a perfume and gift for a sister who does not wear a lot of makeup.

Entretien
Pretty standard interview. A lot of the questions emphasized selling to the customer so focus on that. If they ask what your favourite product is, don’t just say what it is. Try to sell it to the interviewer.

Entretien
10 minute call over the phone, asked maybe around 10 ish common interview questions. Relatively easiy interview process and then they ask about availability, right to work, etc. at the end.
During the group interview process, all participants were asked the same set of structured questions. These included questions about industry knowledge, customer service skills, and several realistic scenario-based problem-solving situations.
