I applied for a role described as talk work and NO interactions with customer however in the interview they mentioned everyone has to work the register and I must be willing to do things outside my role

The interview process was pretty easy. They were all very nice and understanding when I worked there. Management was patient and always available to listen to any concerns or questions.
