Very straight forward, but with a friendly tone the entire time. The people I met with didn't seem like they wanted to intimidate, and they were genuinely interested in speaking with me, which definitely isn't how interviews always go. The questions weren't "difficult," but they were thought-provoking and respectful of my time.
