Very intense, but very important when trying to keep the company culture as is. The recruiting process was great and they do an incredible job of weeding through good and bad candidates. It is good to see that they are thorough when choosing not just management, but every employee with the company. The process takes a little while because there are 7 steps but again a good thing because when you make it through, you know you have the right fit. When you start the conversations with the recruiting team and then talk to the team here, you get excited and you will want to go through the process because you want the position badly.
