Applied with a resumé via craigs list. Was called that day for an interview and went in that day. Iterveiw was upbeat with head of HR and Head of department. One thing they were looking for was a person who wanted to grow with a company. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I was Offered the Job twenty minutes after the interview.
