One word - LONG (that what she said) ... It took about 7 month of back and forth for finally get a job offer. Talk to the hiring manager 1st time. Did a group interview. Did a demo talk to the regional manager. Talk to members of the team. Finally did another group interview where they deep dove with me about the platform and did a full demo on a module.

Depends on what you say you know. If you list it on your resume they WILL drill down. You can fake it till you make it here. Just be prepared to know what your talking about if you list it on your resume. Also if you listed a certification it better be current, they will check it before you interview.
