First round was online coding round. Then there were 3 technical rounds to select candidates for the internship process. Each round consisted of about 2-3 technical questions followed by 1-2 hr questions and was about 30-45 min long.

The process was unclear and the recruiter was not very organized. There was a lack of communication and even conflicting meetings. I would think it's something specific to this recruiter/instance.
