This review is specially for the recruiting team.
Their internal recruiting team really need to work on their recruiting process. This is the worst recruiting team I have ever worked with. First of all, they didn’t have phone screening which is fine ( I understand each company has different process). But the biggest problem is the recruiting team never bother to walk me through the hiring process and reply back my email about all the questions I had! Of course, they also didn’t bother to get back to me after I had the initial interview with the hiring manager.

Phone call with recruiter, phone call with hiring manager, an on-site round table portfolio interview with 5-6 people going throgh case studies and questions, and then after that an offer.

Round 1: It was a simple interview and questions were majorly focused on Design Process and situations and a culture fit check. The interviewer was kind and explained his role and asked what all I did.
The interview went great but I received rejection mail after 2 hours, so I guesss it did not go as well as I thought, lol

5-6 rounds in total, HR round has most of cross-checks done then L1 team comes up for another. Later, 2 HR international teams will head for further two rounds of our design thinking, 2 technical round, finally another HR discussion with the project manager.
