Did 1 on 1 panel interview with 3 interviewers. It went well but didn't hear back after three weeks. Followed up with recruiter on the 3rd week and he said I will be getting an offer. He called me to ensure that they are just doing team match and the offer should be released that week. NEVER heard back. The recruiter didn't know what he was doing. Don't waste your time.
