2 rounds: phone screen and onsite. Should prepare for web technology a lot since they use javascript mainly. Also need to know java stuff like OOP concepts, class and objects, abstract class and etc. Coding skills are required with algorithms, like remove repeats in strings, reverse strings, etc.
Need to write code on white board and several guys will ask questions about the coding.

It was a good experience and the process itself is very smooth.
Their hiring program is great.
They do not negotiate on salary much.
Basics on ServiceNow fundamentals should be strong.

Entretien
I applied through employee referral. It took 1 day for all the processes to complete. There were two technical rounds followed by a managerial round which was mostly discussion around current role and projects.

3rd round - Discussion about current role and why do you want to switch
