First a phone Interview with the Hiring Manager. The second step was 3 Team Video interviews with the Lead Recruiters and the Sourcing Manager. Each interviewer dove into sourcing, recruiting, technical acumen, collaboration and partnership with stakeholders, and elevating candidate experience.
