After three rounds of interviews, I was dropped down a black hole and direct questions on simple status at 1, 3 and 8 weeks were completely ignored (by both email and LinkedIn). DURING the interview process, I got responses within 24 hours.
I've since scratched ServiceNow off the list of possible companies to pursue in the future. They've adopted a new disturbing trend of "ghosting" candidates (the black hole effect). This says a lot about the culture, in my opinion.
Note to HR: Giving simple status is not rocket science.
(1) Next Steps
(2) Not a good fit
(3) In Progress.
What would you expect if the situation were flipped around? Would you describe it as disrespectful? Unprofessional?
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
- What differences do you see between consumer and enterprise UX.
- They reviewed the portfolio presentations and asked typical questions (nothing out of the ordinary)
- What is your example of a good experience?

The initial phone screen call with the hiring manager was skipped and it went straight to a 45 minute call with the design manager. I thought the call went great, I got good feedback, but then didn't hear back for 2 weeks. I followed up with the hiring manager and still no response at all.
