We jumped in a call but I must say I had the feeling he was doing for the sake of it only.

One call with the recruiter One with the hiring manager + one with one Manager of another team to validate the profile Once the profile validated I moved into the panel ( 20/30 minutes) in front of the hiring manager + Sales Director and other team member.
