Total waste of time. Had 3 technical rounds which went on for a month followed by a HR round. Submitted documents,had CTC discussion as well, but didn't hear anything from the HR for 2 weeks post that. When I followed up with her, got to know that they have filled the position! Don't understand why they are wasting candidate's time and effort if they did not have the budget or for whatsoever reason, atleast they could have the courtesy and courage to inform proactively.
