I applied from abroad after reading JD on LinkedIn.
I was first sent a list of written questions. 1 week later I had an interview on Skype. The focus was both on the job and on my personality. They also told me a lot about the company.
After 2 days I was offered the job and sent the contract.

Mostly personal questions about my ambitions, how I like to work, how I think it would be to work in China.
Also questions related to my skills and background. But for this it was actually more stressed that I could learn on the job also.
