I talked to their recruiter who rescheduled a few times last minute, wasted time on the call, and took the call (late) from their car or in transit - they were completely unprepared and gave a bad impression. They spent ~15 minutes talking about the structure of each team in depth, unprovoked, that's why I say they wasted time. I didn't ask about that, but when I asked about the role they couldn't provide concrete details. Was very cagey about the compensation too. It wasn't a good interaction and I was not interested in moving forward.
