I submitted my resume and then met the hiring manager in-person. There was no phone screen. While the hiring manager and recruiter were pleasant they both went completely radio silent after the interview (as I noted below) and were the only company I've interviewed with over the past few months who didn't respond even with a thank you/received to my follow-up emails.
