I applied online with an employee referral and had a phone interview and got invited for an in-person interview. The interview was one on one with 3 different people.

It took a lot longer than expected, but it was a thorough interview that started with a group setting followed by one-on-one interviews with 4 different supervisors. Questions were mostly behavioural, trying to gauge personality and how well you'll be able to deal with customers.

Very Friendly, they really care more about seeing you as you are as a person rather than your relevant skills. They are welcome to answer any and all questions you have about the company.
