First appointment is to take a Wonderlic (IQ) and personality test on-site. If you pass that, you earn an on-site interview. You will be alerted on the phone to set up a date for this. Could be as early as the next day. The manager/supervisor will ask mostly behavioral and some technical questions.

Interview with HR and then with qc manager and it’s half hour with each of them so study everything especially how was your last job experience question and they will go through your resume
