I first applied on their website and had to complete the application then three different simulations. Once I was successful through those rounds I received an email about setting up a phone interview the next week. About 3 days after my phone interview I received a phone call asking me to come down to Houston for a shell recruitment day. After the Shell Recruitment Day was complete I received a job offer the next day.
