Interview was done over the phone. It was a relatively simple interview and asked questions based on their CAR assessment framework. If you frame your questions using the STARS method, you will do just fine. There were many questions in regards to culture, conflict, and diversity.

The interview process consists of an initial phone interview with HR, followed by a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. This is then followed by another Zoom interview, which includes a case study discussion with the team.
