The entire process took me more than 4 months. The interviewer called from the Netherlands. The interviewer was very nice and friendly, the atmosphere is very relaxing just like having a chat with a friend. The questions were not vey hard, but you need to prepare for them. 1. I applied Online and went through a number of psychometric tests. Once I had passed those I attended a telephone interview where they asked me competency based questions. Prepare well for these are try and use examples from work experience. The I attended a F2F graduate recruitment day which last the whole day. There were various forms of assessment such as 1-2-1, group exercise, presentation and in tray exercise. However I know that in late 2017 they changed the process, it is now more virtual and they make use of Skype and recorded video for graduates now.
