J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Shell (Houston, TX) en oct. 2016

Like most others listed, I encountered them at my career fair, applied online, heard back within a couple days that I needed to take an online assessment. Took the assessment and legitimately thought I bombed, I suppose I didn't, because about a week later I was asked to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was about an hour long, individual was friendly and cut to the chase. Fairly standard questions. Finally came the SRD which is absolutely no joke. By far and away the most strenuous and exhausting interview process I've been through. Extremely rewarding, truthfully I left the SRD thinking there wasn't a chance I passed, but I did, so that was an extremely pleasant surprise.

Question 1
It's not one individual question, but I found the e-tray exercise to be tricky.
Shell’s interview process usually begins with online assessments and progresses to a Final Assessment, which includes a business case study presentation and a behavioral interview. Throughout the process, assessors evaluate your problem-solving ability, communication skills, leadership potential, teamwork, adaptability, commercial awareness, and how you approach complex business challenges and decisions.

The interview process focses on behavioral assessments and technical screenings. Candidates are tested on the "CAR" method, focusing on safety, leadership, and on job competence through structured and in depth questions.
The first round is a recorded video interview. You need to record some videos based on their questions. There were 3 questions or me, which is not very unique. About your project, your interest in Shell.
