I found out about Shell's CAR(T) - " Capability, Achievement, Relationships" process before the phone interview. The interviewer (hiring manager) was very courteous and discussion was cordial. After the usual "tell me about yourself" questions and discussion, I tried to answer the requirements of CAR without specifically mentioning them. I thought the interview went well and the hiring manager mentioned he will schedule a face-to-face interview in about 4 weeks.

Fun and interactive process. First and Second round was an online process while the final round was a virtual Face to Face interview that involved a case study. Was an overall pleasant interview process to got through.
Smooth and professional open discussion. I liked the hiring manager being upfront about expectations and the projects I will be involved in. It started with a screening call then an virtual interview.

Applied online, initially screening by phone interview, followed by group interview with HR and Engineering lead. When selected filled out questionnaires for background check provided transcripts, previous work information. Process took about 3 months.
