I submitted online application, it was successful and subsequently received two emails inviting me to take part in the 1st Stage of Online Assessments, comprising Part A. Cognitive Test (Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning & Abstract Reasoning), each session was timed maximum of 4mins. Part B. Working Style Assessment, this is not timed but has over 50 questions. Then the second email invited me to complete the Part C, which is On-Demand Video interview. It was the most interesting part of the interviews. The questions are not difficult but you just have to be in a right frame of mind and be natural.
