Interview was done by phone with the Geoscience recruiter (HR) and the Team Lead. Recruiter asked standard company questions such as "Shell is a global company. Tell me about the challenges you would expect trying to implement standardized processes throughout a large, international company" as well as some behavioural questions like "Tell me about a time when you had to resolve issues within a team in order to complete a project." The team lead didn't ask questions so much as talk about his experiences and the role to be filled. Overall it felt more like an orientation then an interview. Job was offered approximately 3-4 weeks later on condition of drug test and background check.
