My interviewer was my direct supervisor and asked questions related to Shell Principles and criteria for hiring. The whole experience was relaxed and the interviewer asked questions that are answerable based in the experiences and skills of the applicant. The interviewer also explained the process and the tasks and responsibilities if ever the applicant will get accepted and work for the company.
