Very Hectic Process, the entire process took 2 months to cover a telephonic & F2F interview.
The HR Recruiters are not helpful & have no clue about interview process. They lack professionalism & doesn't respond to follow up emails / calls.

Basic Behavourial & Structured Interview.
3 different Interviewers at the same time quizzing .
All the ppl who took interviews were courteous (Foreigners).

Very interactive and the interviewer provided room for relaxation, there was no hurry and nervousness didn't peek due to the feeling of being interactive and not interrogative. We could ask questions back to the interviewer and he was kind enough to repeat the questions.

The process took longer than a month. 2 interviews but it might be more than that. After all this time they reject me because lack of experience in a particular topic. It would be great if they publish the offer with the full requirements otherwise you will get many candidates with different experience .

I apllied and got a call from shell for the IT buisness Analyst profile in Bangalore (India). One personal interveiw, there were two interviewers.the interview took 15-20 minutes.there were about 15-20 candidates.
