Had a 3-part application process wherein 2 steps were interviews, with the Lab Head and Lab Manager. The questions were not analytical but mostly situational; they focused on my previous experiences with difficult situations and how I responded to them as an individual and professional. I liked their interviews as they emphasized on the person's capabilities to grow and work.
