Entretien
Interviewer starts asking you simple questions in the beginning before asking for more and more details. The interviewer is mainly looking for examples in your life when you demonstrated the CAR qualities. Answer in the STAR format for all the questions asked and you will be good. Overall the interview was an enjoyable experience.

Tell me a time when you had to discipline yourself in order to achieve a goal
I applied online through my university and recieved an email a few days later to fulfill an online video interview which consisted of several recordings and a screening assessment. A few weeks later I recieved a request for a video interview which consisted of a short case and a behavior with two senior leaders. The behavioral was standard and they simply asked provided a scenario for the case and gave some time to prepare a response. Within an hour after my interview I got a call saying I passed and the recruiter would match me with a role, but I never heard back after that.

Entretien
The first stage is the online assessment where you have to answer 50 questions or so from 3 different categories of questions; verbal, math and abstract. you have an average of 14s to answer each question. Following which there is an untimed set of questions to gauge your personality
