Entretien
Very standardized - the interviewer had questions by "topics", and he verbally told me that we're now moving on to this type of question or questions that touch on that topic. It was kind of weird just because I've never experienced that before, but I don't think it's that strange, just that other usually don't verbally mention it.
It was a phone interview but I think the interviewer had some sort of fill-in-the-blank sheet with the "CAR" method. When he asked me a question, I usually replied and hit all three parts, but still he always asked me separately "and what the action you took?", "so what did this result in?" It was a awkward for me to repeat my answer in this manner, which I think really took away from my interview.
The interviewer was really friendly and nice, I just wished he listened to my original answer a little more and didn't ask me questions I already answered.
And the online tests were mostly easy, except the skill testing which I didn't get to finish. Process was really fast, got an interview in less than a week from submitting my resume online.
Also wished they were more detailed in their rejection letter, because I couldn't really tell if my interview was terrible enough to lose me the job or not.

Entretien
Self video screening interview and then only the select candidates move forward with actual interview. It seems very few are filtered through AI filtering. They tell you if you aren't selected within few days.
The first round is a general screening with two components. the first is multiple choice where you are put in plausible situations at work regarding following guidelines. Then there is a personality quiz, and finally 3 prerecorded interview questions with unlimited attempts

They first took an assesment of my behavioural compatability and other such information, technical round is usually conducted later after the above assesment to see if you can fit in the company culture
