You begin by filling out an application (no resume or references necessary), then you may get a follow up email soon afterward with a link. At that point you answer questions that deal with how you would react in various situations, pretty basic math questions, and a simulation of the call center. If you "pass" that section you make it to the actual interviews. There are three one hour long interviews in a row. After deciding whoop to hire and performing background checks the company will call to tell you whether or not you were hired.

My process was a back to back interview with two separate people which ran 1 hr each. Very detailed in person interview. They had plenty of questions and also threw in curveball not typical in an interview that I wasn't sure how it fit might have been just to get you to not be nervous.

3 hrs interview, behavioral and situational. I love the process because they will see how consistent you are with your answers. 3 supervisors will conduct the interview. They will ask lot of situational and will see how you handle.

The interview process was extremely long. They set up an interview with me that turned out to be three interviews with three separate people. They were all pleasant to speak with but it was very repetitive. I understand wanting to get the right people but with turnover the way it is there, stop wasting the time.
