Standard interview apart from a brief moment alone with the partner prior to interview in a place where no one could hear him, where he essentially started putting me down on my portfolio. I was very confused as to why I was being invited to an interview if they weren’t happy with me portfolio. I later found out other coworkers that this they did frequently to try and get employees to accept lower salaries.

It was really friendly and informative. No tricky questions and they have got back to me within a few days. Sadly, the salary they offered was way lower than what I have asked for during the interview.
