There were a lot of very intrusive personal questions. My portfolio was not reviewed at all. My work history was only briefly discussed. The decision maker in the interview was distracted and went to take a smoke break twice in the 45 minute interview. Very unprofessional. Dated atmosphere. Stuck in the mid 80's. If I didn't need the job so bad - would never have even taken the interview at all.
