Phone interview, store visit/Store manager interview, district manager interview, offer. A bit much for an interview process. Pretty easy if you are prepared but the promotion outlook looks a lot better in the interview than it actually is. If you want to progress in sales and management I would look elsewhere for a job. Good starting management but they basically teach you how to manage a paint store so be ready to make paint your career.
