Went thru phone interview, she sounds so interested ! Went to store visit, was there for about an hour in a half just standing up in the back room. Felt like I was in the way of others. After store visit I went to interview with district manager. The manager did not even seem like he was having a good day or he liked the company! Even though I felt very engaged and felt l iike he was not having a great day, still thought the job was mine. After waiting and waiting I was CALLED to say I did not have the job. Felt like alot of the observing I did was unprofessional.

Through and fair. Went over past experiences and relevant positions held. Also went over schooling and education plus related skills learned there as well. Also discussed soft skills possessed that would assist with the transition into the positions.

Applied online. Waited almost a month and got contacted by a recruiter, who then scheduled an interview for a week later. That went well and then I scheduled a store visit, but that took a week because the store manager was on vacation. After that, I followed up with the recruiter, who then scheduled me for an interview with the district manager about 3 weeks later. I showed up to the interview, dressed well, spoke well, and holding relevant experience. The interview lasted about 45 minutes and the entire time the manager felt disinterested and distracted. At the end of the interview he followed by saying there are a lot of applicants and he would make his decision within 3 weeks.

Great process and fast feedback. Started with a phone interview and then an in store tour before having a one on one interview. Based around customer service experience and working with coworkers to resolve problems.
