You went through 3 interviews , one on the phone, one in person with city manager and then one with the district manager. Each one was about an hour in length. Not very difficult. Just standard interview questions.

It went well … straight to the point and the question weren’t bad and the interview was smooth. It on lasted for about twenty mins.. and the he offered me the position and asked when would I like to start

Entretien
Initially there was an email notification to schedule the phone screening with HR. Next round was a Teams meeting with a hiring manager and team member. Final round was a Teams meeting with the hiring manager and the department director. An offer was made a few days after.
It is a very easy process and they help guide you through the whole interview. They want to see how well you will fit into their program. It was a very good interview process.
