I applied for this job from an internet job source. I was contacted via email from an HR rep about a week later. I then scheduled a phone interview which took about half an hour and was mostly informational with a few questions about my personality and experiences with customers. I then went on a store visit which consisted of me asking pre-made questions to the manager and assistant manager. I then was contacted by the district manager and scheduled a personal 1:1 interview. It took about an hour. The next morning I was offered the job and I accepted.
