Not really an interview to be honest. I applied online and was called back about 4 days later for an interview. I was basically shown around the store and ask really generic questions. Overall I am happy with the interview process because I really wanted to work for SW because of the flex schedule and the very relaxed environment. I also wanted more exp with sales in all aspects of business to make myself more profitable.

(other stores may be different but these are the questions I was asked)
first they give you a one way interview online, and they give you a series of questions. Then you attend an in person interview after they have chosen you in the next phase.

Application process is from their website. selected for Online interview, selected by hiring manager for an interview, and got the job. When they need someone to work, if you are willing to do, you will get it.
