Pretty standard interview process. HR called me to set up an on-site interview, and I was interviewed by three people from management (Plant Chemist, Quality Manager, and Plant Manager). Everything went well and I received a phone call the next day informing me that they wanted to bring me on board. The official offer letter was emailed a couple days after that.

Do you view this as an entry-level position with aspirations to move up within the company? If so, what areas of the company are you interested in (R&D, Chemist, Process Engineering, etc)?

1 : 1 interview, then a panel interview on the same day. Color matching test was given - place colored pegs in various orders while being timed. Questions were asked about previously used lab equipment and previous testing (ITM) experience.
