Consisted of sitting at a computer for a little over an hour taking data entry assessment test as well as mock calls. Two interviews. Interview with hiring manager, then a group interview with 3 call center supervisor/managers.

Question 1
They ask typical interview questions. They asked if I was ok taking Spanish calls since my resume shows that I speak both Spanish and English. When I asked if they would give any additional pay for taking additional calls that are non-English they said no. $19/hour to start for the amount of calls and overall metric goals they require is a joke.
