The process started with about a 15 minute phone call with a recruiter. During that call I was asked to schedule a follow up interview in person with the team at the Center Valley HQ. The recruiter followed up with me a few days after the in person interview asking if I could come back for a third interview. I believe the third interview isn't always applicable before an offer. It seemed like they wanted to clarify things from the last interview before sending the offer.
