Recieved an email to pick some times to have a 30 minute phone call. Provided the times, recieved an email confirmation stating the time the call will take place. I waited by the phone and the person in the email never called. Don't get canditates hopes up, only to ghost them.

A Czech recruiter contacted to have a meeting. It was post-poned 3 times. The person had absolutely no social skills, communicative as a prison door, robot like speech. The interview was very basic, I was told I would be a right fit. But I never heard further! I sent multiple follow-up emails. Utlimately I was told that others candidates have a better background than I. So why do you even request a meeting if my resume doesn't compete?! To show your boss you reached your interview target number? Shift4 seemed like a good company, but I no longer have a good image of them after this negative experience. Don't waste my time.
