I gave my two week notice, trained my replacement and was fired the Sunday prior to starting the third week. They never told me they didn't have an MRP System in place and no contracts with carriers. It was a nearly impossible task to get credit applications and orders for truckload freight. I was in the process of getting 2016 truck/order schedule for high volume shippers as it was the only way to book $50k revenue a week. You are not going to be successful hunting for one truck load at a time, you need companies that need 5-50 trucks a week and rely on brokers because they need them to keep up with their freight.

I met with Sr. I was asked my experience. Gave my background. The interview was simple. I was given an offer letter a few days later. This was an interview i wish I would not have taken. I still regret my decision to take this job, and laugh at these fake comments.
